These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply when you access or use PipFoxy. By using the website, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or its tools.

1. What PipFoxy provides

PipFoxy provides online utilities for convenience, including tools that transform text and developer data. Current text and developer tools are intended to run locally in the browser and do not require an account. Features may be added, removed, corrected or changed over time.

Keep backups of important source files, confirm conversions and calculations, scan downloaded files when appropriate, and use qualified professional advice for high-stakes decisions. PipFoxy is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial or security advice.

4. Intellectual property

The PipFoxy name, fox mark, website design, original written content and application code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where a separate licence expressly permits it, you may not copy, sell, repackage or present those materials as your own.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of content you process. Results produced from your input may be affected by rights in that input or by third-party rights, and you remain responsible for how you use those results.

5. Availability and changes

PipFoxy may be unavailable, interrupted or changed without notice for maintenance, security, technical or business reasons. No specific tool, output format, browser compatibility or future feature is guaranteed to remain available. Planned features and roadmap descriptions are statements of current direction, not a promise of release.

6. No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PipFoxy and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PipFoxy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of data, profit, revenue, opportunity or business continuity, arising from use of or inability to use the website. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent the law permits.

8. Third-party services and links

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. PipFoxy does not control their content, security, availability or terms. Your use of a third-party site is governed by that operator’s policies.

9. Future accounts, AI and paid services

Accounts, AI tools, credits, subscriptions and payment features are not part of the current service. If any are introduced, additional terms, privacy notices, usage limits and payment conditions may apply. Access to a future feature may depend on accepting those additional terms.

10. Suspension and enforcement

PipFoxy may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the website or its infrastructure, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. Provisions that logically continue after access ends—including responsibility, intellectual-property, warranty and liability provisions—will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as PipFoxy develops. Material revisions will be reflected by the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after revised Terms take effect means the revised Terms apply to that later use.
