Tools for convenience, not professional advice

PipFoxy provides general-purpose utilities and informational content. They do not replace advice from a qualified legal, medical, financial, accounting, engineering, cybersecurity or other professional. Do not make a high-stakes decision solely from a PipFoxy result.

Account-based AI output has additional model, provider, privacy, copyright and hallucination limits. Read the AI Disclaimer before using it.

1. Check outputs before relying on them

PipFoxy aims to produce useful results, but an output can be incomplete, unsuitable for a particular purpose or affected by the input, selected options, browser behaviour and file format. Review important results independently. Keep original copies of files and data before converting, cleaning, replacing or hashing content.

Text and data

Confirm the selected cleanup, comparison, JSON, CSV and encoding options match the task.

Files and exports

Retain the source file and inspect converted JSON, CSV and checksum output before using it.

Hashes and identifiers

A UUID or checksum is useful data, not proof of identity, safety or authorisation.

2. Image tools

Compression, resizing and conversion can change visible quality, colour, transparency and file size. JPEG and WebP quality settings may be lossy, JPEG cannot retain transparency, and canvas exports commonly omit camera and other embedded metadata. Upscaling does not create genuine missing detail. Browser format support, memory and canvas limits vary, so keep the original and inspect the downloaded result.

3. Creator and platform checks

YouTube metadata and social character checks are format and clarity aids, not AI SEO optimisation. A pass does not guarantee ranking, reach, engagement, acceptance or untruncated display. Platform limits and counting rules can vary by account, post type and service update. Confirm important requirements with the platform before publishing.

Filename Cleaner suggests mappings only and does not rename local files. Review reserved names, duplicates, extensions and the CSV mapping before applying suggestions through another workflow.

4. Calculators

Date, percentage and aspect-ratio results depend on the entered values and stated assumptions. Business-day results do not automatically know regional public holidays, and rounded display values may hide additional precision. Verify consequential calculations independently; these tools do not provide financial, legal, tax, engineering or other professional advice.

5. Passwords, QR codes and random selection

Password generation uses secure browser randomness, but no password generator can guarantee account security. Use a unique password for each service, store it securely in a reputable password manager and follow the service’s authentication guidance.

QR readability depends on content density, size, contrast, print quality and scanner behaviour. Test the downloaded PNG or SVG in its final context before publishing. Random Picker uses secure browser randomness where available, but it does not create an independently auditable record and is not a certified lottery, raffle or regulated-draw system.

6. Text, data and developer tools

Formatting valid JSON does not establish that the data is trustworthy or safe to use. CSV conversion can rename duplicate headers or leave missing cells empty. Text comparison may highlight differences without explaining their legal or practical significance. Always validate transformed data in the system where it will ultimately be used, and never execute untrusted content merely because it passed through a PipFoxy tool.

7. Hashes, UUIDs and encodings

SHA-256, SHA-384 and SHA-512 hashes are one-way checksums, not encryption, authentication or malware scanning. Base64 and URL encoding are transport encodings, not secrecy controls. UUID v4 values are randomly generated identifiers; their uniqueness is probabilistic and they are not proof of identity.

8. Local processing, AI processing and security

Public free-tool content is designed to remain in your browser, but local processing does not remove every risk. Account-based AI content is different: submitted text, prepared screenshots and extracted document text are sent to OpenRouter and the selected model provider. Your device, browser, extensions, clipboard, downloaded files and network environment remain outside PipFoxy’s control. Avoid processing information on a device you do not trust and follow your organisation’s data-handling rules.

9. Availability, browser compatibility and external information

Tools and guides may contain mistakes or become outdated, and the website may be changed or unavailable. A browser may not decode or export every format, and large files or inputs can exceed device memory. Links to third-party resources are provided for convenience; PipFoxy does not control or endorse every statement, product or practice on an external site. A current route or feature is not a promise of permanent availability.

10. Your responsibility

You are responsible for choosing an appropriate tool, supplying lawful input, selecting suitable settings, checking the result and deciding whether it is safe to use. See the Terms of Useand AI Disclaimer for additional conditions and limitations.
