Promotion Terms

These terms supplement the PipFoxy Terms for promotional-credit campaigns.

Credit-only benefit

Promotional credits are virtual AI service units. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred or resold, and do not change statutory consumer rights.

Campaign rules

Published campaign dates, eligibility, total limits and per-account redemption limits apply. Codes may expire or be disabled prospectively. A code does not guarantee availability after its campaign or redemption limit ends.

Fair use

Automated guessing, duplicate accounts, self-dealing, code resale or fraudulent redemption is prohibited. Credits obtained through a proven fraudulent redemption may be reversed with an append-only compensating ledger entry, subject to review and without creating an automatic negative balance.

Changes

PipFoxy may end a campaign according to its published terms. A campaign change does not rewrite historical paid orders or remove lawfully granted credits arbitrarily.
